Now here’s a good deal.…

So the cost of just about EVERYTHING goes up, right!  How come the wage stays the same?

When everything is getting more expensive it’s REALLY nice to see a company offering a same-service deal for LESS!

Yoga Insurance PLUS + is my new choice of liability insurance company because they not only give me the same policy for less $‘s but they offer a policy for teachers in training which is over half the cost (not many companies offer this) AND, along with ‘trees for the future’ they plant a tree (in your name no less!.. small christening ceremony i presume) for every new policy taken out.

A shout out to three delightful ladies who we had the pleasure to work with for 11 hours per day during July on the  US1Yoga Intensive teacher training… Jen, Marisol and Cheryl.  BIG LOVE!

“I will always remember July of 2011 as ‘not just another summer’! The US1Yoga Teaching Training Program was absolutely phenomenal!!!!

I applaud Suzanne, Stair, and Bev for their professionalism and knowledge, and for the time that they shared with us!  The program was rigorous, vigorous, luxurious.” — Cheryl

Double Thank You!.…

Does the world really need another yoga product??  No!  BUT.… what’s a girl to say when the nice people at Manduka offer a new product to try out free of charge.  Hmmm — ok!

I LOVE IT!  This is the softest towel EVER and works beautifully to keep you glued to the mat when you begin to perspire.  I’ve used it not only in my practice, but as a meditation shawl and it is definitely coming with me to the beach.  Close your eyes and image the qualities of the word ‘soft’.…..

There you have it.…. and woven using natural fibers from recycled coconut shells no less!

Check it out here HAPPY PRACTICING!
